After a long waiting of nine months, now finally the Nokia Lumia has arrived for us to use.

Nokia Lumia 800

The device looks very familiar, its style somewhat reminds of Nokia N9, which operates on MeeGo operating system. Nokia Lumia 800 comes with smaller display compared to N9, it has 3.7 inches of display. Display has been made smaller to provide space for three Windows phone buttons that is Home, Search and Back, which are commonly found on all phones. The display features “ClearBlack” system which enhances its visibility in glowing sunlight.

I am sure many of you must have been missing the days of bold and bright colored phones, we should really appreciate Nokia for bringing up its flagship handsets in different colors and Lumia 800 comes in a kind of bluish green or you may call it as cyan and magenta and black as well. The device is a bit chunky, but as it has been given a shape of slight curve it feels good to hold it. The material gives smooth feeling, but it is fingerprint and scratch resistant. When you hold the phone you will feel that even if you drop it by chance, it won’t shatter completely.

A Qualcomm S2 single core 1.4 GHz processor is used to power up the Lumia 800. When it comes to specifications, it places the Lumia at a drawback to its competition, like iPhone 4S and Nexus Galaxy, which come with dual core chips. You may feel that Lumia is smooth and snappy when you start using it.

The Lumia 800 features an 8 megapixel camera, which seems really impressive like the camera of N8. Photos look very sharp when viewed on phone. The phone has a feature of auto-fix in the software of camera, which brightens photos that are taken in dark light automatically. You can take photos any time of the day and fix it according to your choice.
