The first Windows phone Mango device HTC Radar 4G will be available at T-Mobile in US on 2nd November, 2011. Though the phone is good for its price of $100, it does not match the operating system.

HTC Radar 4G comes in the same sturdy box typical of T-Mobile within which you find the phone, battery, SIM card, USB cable, USB to A/C charger and the instruction manual.

The sleek aluminum unibody design is much similar to its sibling HTC Flyer. The phone has white plastic piece around the camera and at the bottom. The front of the device is white with silver border and gives a great feeling when taken in hand.

The phone will be costing around $99.99 with $50 mail-in discount card with a two-year service contract and qualifying data plan and T-Mobile Classic voice, in addition to fees and taxes.

The phone sports Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) OS, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 14.4 Mbps HSPA  and radio, 3.8 inch WVGA 800 x 480 pixels LCD display, 1 GB RAM, preinstalled 8GB storage with no expansion capability, 5MP camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi, integrated A-GPS, 3.5 mm headset jack, and 1520 mAh lithium-ion battery. The device has dimensions of 4.7 x 2.4 x 0.44 inches and weighs 4.83 ounces.

The 8GB battery of HTC Radar 4G is non-removable and non-expandable and out of 8GB, only 6GB memory is actually usable.

But all in all, HTC Radar 4G has a good customers’ response due to handsome looks, great feel and good price.
